As usual, November was a very busy month, with many 'Autumn Nations' internationals.
There were no changes at the very top of the rankings, but a bit further down,
Argentina and Scotland swapped places, as did Italy and Australia, and Japan and Georgia.

Russia drops out of the rankings this month, having had no matches since 2022
