November saw the conclusion of the Autumn Nations Series, which produced changes throughout
the rankings, including among the top teams.  In particular, Ireland lost its top spot,
following its loss (its second in a row) to New Zealand.  Fiji (which beat Australia
in last year's World Cup) jumped to 6th place, following Australia's loss to Scotland.

Further down the rankings, the Netherlands had a surprising jump, following its upset
win over Chile.  And Canada had a large drop, following its upset losses to Chile
and Romania.
