Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

Congratulations to South Africa for winning the Rugby World Cup.  South Africa's
wins over France and New Zealand moved them to second in the rankings, behind Ireland,
which remained in the number 1 spot.  (Despite Ireland's loss to New Zealand in the
quarterfinals, the ordering Ireland-SA-France-NZ predicted more of the recent match results
than any other ordering.)

Now that the World Cup is over, November should be a slow month, with only matches
between minor European nations.
