Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

September saw mosts of the pool matches of the Rugby World Cup.  The big winner in the
rankings was Wales, following its wins over Fiji and Australia.  Argentina, Samoa,
and Georgia dropped in the rankings.

Zimbabwe has been dropped from the rankings this month, due to insufficiently many
matches against ranked teams in the past four years.
