Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

July saw The Rugby Championship, Pacific Nations matches, and the first Rugby World Cup
warmup matches.  Australia, Samoa, and Japan had big losses in the rankings, but have the
opportunity to recover somewhat during the upcoming Rugby World Cup.

Zambia and Uganda have been removed from the rankings this month, due to insufficiently many
matches (in the last 4 years) against ranked teams.
