February was a busy month, with the major Northern Hemisphere teams all in action.  Most notably,
Wales and England swapped places near the top of the rankings, following Wales's Six Nations
victory over England.  Despite losing to England, Ireland retained its #1 spot, but will
likely lose this should it lose to Wales.
