Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

This month's rankings include the results of the first three rounds of
The Rugby Championships.  Australia's (albeit narrow) win over South Africa
moved them to 2nd place in the rankings.  (They would likely slip back,
however, if they were to lose to South Africa in their rematch later
in September.)
