December was a very quiet month, but Brazil managed to join the rankings for the first time,
as a result of matches against the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong in the
"Emirates Airlines Cup of Nations" in Dubai.

Chile was dropped from the rankings this month (due to insufficiently many matches against
previously-ranked opponents), but it will likely rejoin the rankings next month
(because of the addition of Brazil).
