Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

There were changes throughout the rankings - except near the very top
- as a result of June's matches.  Argentina, despite its upset of France,
dropped two places after losing a series to Scotland.  Samoa and Fiji
swapped places following their Pacific Nations Cup match.  And Namibia
jumped 4 places after beating both Romania and Georgia.

Morocco rejoins the rankings following matches against Cote d'Ivoire and Tunisia.
