Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

November's results produced a surprising result at the top of the rankings:
Ireland moved to the #1 position, after beating South Africa.  (The reason
for this is that Ireland's recent winning record over South Africa (3 matches
in a row) - combined with South Africa's recent winning record over
New Zealand (also 3 in a row) - overcomes the effect of New Zealand's winning
record over Ireland.  To maintain it's #1 spot, Ireland will probably need to
win the upcoming 6-Nations Championship, and then South Africa will need to
maintain its recent Tri-Nations winning record over New Zealand.

Further down the table, Canada dropped two places after losing (twice) to Japan,
Namibia and Portugal swapped places following their match (won by Namibia), the
Czech Republic dropped 4 places after losing to Moldova, and Armenia suffered a
big drop after losing to (much lower-ranked) Switzerland.
