Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

The top of the table remained quiet last month.  Activity
will resume in June as the Six Nations teams tour the
Southern Hemisphere.

The lower part of the rankings saw numerous changes, following
several matches by the minor nations.  Moldova and Kazakhstan
suffered larg drops in the rankings, following upset losses
(to Belgium and Hong Kong, respectively).
