Subjective comments about the latest World Rugby Rankings

This month's rankings include the results of all but the final round of
the Six Nations tournament.  With its wins over Italy and Ireland (following
its earlier wins over England and Scotland), Wales jumps to 6th place in the
rankings.  After losing to Scotland (for the second time in three years),
England drops to 9th place.
